Accommodations
How many guests can the 2-Bedroom Villa accommodate?
The Villa fits up to 8 guests. Up to 2 extra guests can be added for an additional charge.
How many guests can the Saltbox (1-Bedroom Cottage) accommodate?
The Saltbox Cottage fits up to 4 guests. 1 extra guest can be added for an additional charge
How many guests can the Modroom (Single Room Cottage) accommodate?
The Modroom fits a couple and one child up to 5 years. Children above 5 years cannot be accommodated in the Modroom. No extra mattress is provided.
Is the property pet-friendly?
- Sea Breeze Villa — ₹2,000
- Saltbox Cottage — ₹1,500
- Modroom Cottage — ₹800
What is the children’s policy?
- Up to 5 years: Free, sharing existing bedding with parents. Max 2 children in the Villa or Saltbox over and above the standard occupancy. Only 1 child shall be accommodated in the Modroom. Children above 5 years are counted in the room’s total occupancy.
- Ages 5–10: ₹500 per night (breakfast included).
- Above 12 years: Treated as adults — ₹1,200 per night (breakfast included).
Location & Access
How do I get to Sea Breeze Guhagar?
We are located approximately 5 hours (roughly 270 km) from Pune and 6 hours (roughly 300 km) from Mumbai. The nearest railway station is Chiplun, about 45 km away.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on the property.
Do you have provision for EV charging?
Yes, we only provide a 15 AMP socket in the parking area.
Pricing & Discounts
What is included in the tariff?
The tariff covers accommodation for the listed capacity, breakfast and taxes. Additional meals and add-ons are available at extra cost.
Are there any special discounts?
No, standard discounts will get adjusted against the pricing at the time of booking.
Do prices change during peak season?
Yes, tariffs go up during school holidays, long weekends, and festive seasons. We recommend booking early for these dates.
Your Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2:00 PM onwards and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available. As Guhagar is a coastal village, connectivity may occasionally be slower than in cities.
Do you have 24 hour room service?
We do not have 24 hour room service, but in case of emergency, a mobile number is provided to all guests at the time of check-in which can be reached 24/7. All services (i.e. house keeping, in-room dining) stop at 10 pm.
Is the property close to the beach?
Yes — we’re a beachside property! The beach is just a short walk away. Enjoy sunsets, evening strolls, and the sound of the sea right from your doorstep.
What activities are available nearby?
Guhagar Beach has water sports and rides (except during the monsoon season). You can also enjoy dolphin-watching, visit temples, explore local markets, and savour fresh Konkan seafood.
What are the nearby attractions?
- Temples: Velneshwar, Hedavi, Vydeshwar, Durga Mata and Ufrata Ganpati Temple.
- Scenic spots: Anjanvel Lighthouse and Gopalgad Fort
When is the best time to see the Turtle Festival?
The Turtle Festival in Guhagar takes place between April and the end of May, when newly hatched Olive Ridley Sea Turtle hatchlings are safely released into the sea. The release usually happens twice a day at around 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM at selected locations along Guhagar Beach.
Is fresh seafood available?
Yes! Our in-house restaurant The Seabreeze Catch serves fresh seafood and local Konkan delicacies. Consumption of outside food is not permitted in the property. We also do not cook fish or any seafood brought in by guests. Our in-house restaurant is well-stocked with fresh seafood and Konkan delicacies — we’re confident you’ll love what we serve!
Can I make a special request?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a dietary requirement, a celebration setup, or any other arrangement, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Can we celebrate special occasions at Sea Breeze?
Yes, we host intimate celebrations like anniversaries, birthdays, and honeymoons. Arrangements are charged separately and can be discussed once your booking is confirmed.
Is Sea Breeze wheelchair assessable?
Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair friendly yet.
